Rain by the Weekend

Morning lows were slightly colder than anticipated this morning with readings as low as 32 degrees in Mobile. Sunny skies helped warm us up nicely by afternoon. Most spots were in the low 60’s for daytime highs. We will continue to see clear skies tonight. We expect lows near 35 inland, to near 40 along the coast. A little patchy frost may form in the inland spots tonight. High pressure currently right over us (1024mb) begins to slide east by daybreak Friday.

Weekend Outlook

Temperatures rebound by Friday and Saturday. We will see one more nice day on Friday, with highs close to 70. We expect highs in the low 70’s by the weekend, however, moisture returns to the forecast area and isolated light showers are possible by Saturday afternoon. Rain chances increase Saturday night to at 70%. Chances stay high on Sunday with chances at 80%. Monday also looks wet. Temperatures stay fairly mild into early next week. The pattern looks drier Tuesday and Wednesday.
